Providence Homes

About Us

Providence Development has been building new home communities in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1984. We strive to create homes that the discerning homeowner would be proud to own and enjoy living in. Over the past 40 years, we have successfully completed many communities ranging from 4 to 35 homes, located mostly in the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area. We have also completed custom home communities and build-to-suit homes up to 6,500 square feet. We build to high standards and stand behind all of our homes to offer you peace of mind for your new home.

Our Values

Honesty, integrity and quality are the core values of our company. We want to give our homeowners more than they expect: a better structure unseen behind the walls and more reliable systems to stand the test of time. We deliver what we promise, and we make every effort to do our best. We build quality by bringing together a quality team. Our team members are all long-term associates, and our building partners share our values. Our relationships are based on honesty, and our mutual goal is to build the best homes possible.
