About Us

Providence Development New Homes Community Example

Our Story

Providence Development is a privately held company that has been in business in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 30 years. We love building homes and have been creating family gathering places in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1984. We strive to create homes that we ourselves are proud to live in. Over the past 30 years, we have successfully completed many communities ranging from 4 to 35 homes, located mostly in the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area. We have also completed custom home communities and build-to-suits with homes up to 6,500 square feet. We build to high quality standards and stand behind all of our homes to offer you peace of mind for your new home.

Our Values

Honesty, integrity and quality are the core values of our company. We want to give our homeowners more than they expect: a better structure unseen behind the walls, more reliable systems to stand the test of time. We design for function and flexibility; we deliver what we promise; and we make every effort to do our best. We build quality by bringing together a quality team. Our team members are all long term associates and our building partners share our values. Our relationships are based on honesty and our mutual goal is to provide the best homes we know how.
